This hotel suits me perfectly! The wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor swimming pool ensure a great stay. I fondly remember my first trip when the staff helped me print some documents. I'll be back for Christmas!

bonita beach is a nice place to stay. the location is perfect, just minutes from the beach and loads of great restaurants. our room had a fridge and microwave, which was super convenient for leftovers. the game room and pool were fun ways to spend time as a family. plus, the staff was really friendly!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The place was just a minute from the beach and had a nice kitchenette to heat up snacks. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, though it’s a bit small. Great spot, especially with a bar and eatery right across the street! I'd definitely come back for another group getaway.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the pull-out couch. it had quite a few stains. I just covered it up and moved on, but it would’ve been better if it was refreshed.

Spacious room with kitchenette had a full-sized fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool that includes a kids' pool. The balcony offers a nice ocean view, and the cleaning staff were super attentive. The on-site parking was easy, and it was just a quick walk to the beach.

This place is just a good pick for a short interlude in Ocean City with best value for money ratio. Vickie at the front desk was truly wonderful and made check-in a breeze. Tip, The outdoor deck by the pool is a nice spot to relax.

The proximity to the beach is a major plus, just 100 steps away. The room had exceptional air conditioning and came equipped with a full kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. there were pubic hairs on the floor and mildew in the bathrooms. Additionally, the staff's response to our concerns was lacking, which diminished the overall experience, especially with the persistent AC issues in our room.

Besides Vicky, the front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. The housekeeping service was terrible. My family and I stayed there for five nights and only had our room cleaned twice. Housekeeping came at 5:30 PM when we were getting ready to go out. We often had to get new towels from the front desk instead of having them brought to us. The hotel really needs to focus on their housekeeping consistency. Location to the beach is good, and parking availability is better this year. Pool area is decent. Having good access to local restaurants is a plus. Room cleanliness was questionable at times. The overall experience was disappointing based on the hotel's shortcomings.
